APRA AMCOS Jingle Reporting Form

Use this form to claim advertisements aired ONLY in non-Metropolitan areas. If the advertisement has been aired in Metropolitan, or a combination of Metropolitan and regional areas, do not use this form. In this context, Metropolitan means the following:

Australian TV and Radio: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth;
New Zealand Radio: Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington; and
New Zealand TV: Auckland.

If your advertisement has aired in any of the above Metropolitan settings, do not complete this form. Instead, upload the audio for the work in the writer portal. Your music will then be picked up by music recognition technology (MRT) in our jingle system.

DO NOT use this form for:

jingles broadcast overseas (there is a separate Overseas Jingle Form for this purpose)
station IDs/stings/billboards and program promos (please use the online writer portal to register these works) - these usage types are reported to APRA AMCOS by the broadcasters.
jingles or community service announcements on ABC TV, SBS TV, SBS radio, community/public radio or community/public television (e.g. Channel 31)
jingles used in cinemas or on Pay TV. A portion of revenue from PayTV (Foxtel for AU, SkyTV for NZ) is added to the jingle royalty pools to compensate for jingle usage on PayTV. Royalties for jingles created exclusively for cinema usage should be claimed using the Unlogged Performance Claim form.
jingles used on-line (downloaded, streamed etc.)
music other than jingles and community service announcements (please use the online writer portal to register all other types of music) works
